Dr. Delene Musielak is a triple board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and Obesity Medicine. Dr. Musielak earned her Bachelor of Science at Stony Brook University in New York and her medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine. She then completed her four-year combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency training at the University of Missouri – Columbia. She then went on to do additional training in Obesity Medicine through a Harvard program. In addition to her Internal Medicine-Pediatrics & Obesity Medicine training, Dr. Musielak is certified in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and has done extensive training in Functional Medicine as well. Dr. Musielak became interested in functional and integrative medicine due to her frustration with the current medical system not always addressing the root cause of disease processes. Her passion is to provide care that integrates traditional medicine with metabolic and functional medicine in order to approach each patient individually in a holistic manner: mind, body, and spirit. Dr. Musielak’s vision is to provide personalized care to help patients live a healthy and balanced life, but meeting them where they are in their health journey. Dr. Musielak is passionate about preventative medicine and believes that a great physician-patient relationship is truly based on open communication. 

Dr. Musielak has not only made her mark in her local community but is also involved on a national level in making changes that impact medical care. She is active in the academic medical arena, educating the residents. She is also involved with the American Academy of Pediatrics and The Obesity Medicine Association. She has been featured in multiple media outlets, including The CW, AB,C and KSDK News. She has also been able to share her expertise with multiple publications in Parents Magazine, Forbes Health, Thrive Global, Delux Magazine, STL Parent, and West NewsMagazine. Dr. Musielak also received the title of the 2021 Mrs. Missouri – Woman of Achievement. Dr. Musielak does not stop there though. 

She has persevered and continues to challenge herself to be a better leader and physician. Dr. Musielak is a super mom of triplets, wife, an international best-selling author, and an international wellness speaker. She is so excited to bring her expertise to Washington! Dr. Musielak’s passion and priority outside of medicine is her family and involvement in church. She enjoys every moment with her husband and triplets, especially traveling, tasting new foods, and playing sports with her kids (who usually win).
