Q: What should I wear?
A: Wear whatever makes you comfortable! Some treatments may require special garments, which we’ll provide if needed. For therapies like sauna sessions or Emsella, regular comfortable clothing is fine.
Q: How early should I arrive?
A: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to check in, unwind, and prepare for your service.
